Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
Free shipping only applies to orders that contain £250 of full price items. Free shipping will not apply if the value of full price items in your basket at the point of payment is less than £250

Please note that we offer next day delivery as standard for orders to mainland UK addresses if you place your order before midday. Orders placed after midday will be despatched the following working day.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescales shown in the above table. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
We aim to deliver within five working days to Northern Ireland and seven working days to the Highlands and Islands for all orders placed before midday. An express service is available for Northern Ireland which we aim to deliver within two working days.
During busy periods, please allow up to seven working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will leave a notification for you and take the delivery to the nearest UPS Access Point where you will be able to collect during opening hours. Please read the information on the card left by the courier for the location of your Access Point.
Please note, we are unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.

Click on the link in your despatch email. This will take you to the tracking area of our delivery courier. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by you. Should you return any items to us, you also will be responsible for return shipping costs and any re-entry duty or customs charges incurred when the items re-enter the UK. Anna Scholz Ltd does not refund sending or returning shipping costs unless the items are faulty or not as ordered but does comply with the DSR [ Distance Selling Regulations ] under EU Law.

IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
What if I need to return an item?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or the item is not suitable, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch in its original, saleable condition with a completed returns note stating the reason for return.
When trying on an item, please ensure that it is kept free of marks or scents such as from food, perfume, cosmetics, deodorant and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been fully complied with.
Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. It may require additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card account, but this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made that purchase and if there is a problem issuing a refund to your card, our customer service team will contact you.
What happens if I return my item after the 14 days?
If an item is returned outside the 14 day policy, you will be given a voucher code for the value of the item(s) purchased. This voucher can only be redeemed against another purchase via the annascholz website www.annascholz.com. After the 14 day return policy has expired, we cannot make a refund onto your credit/debit card for the item(s) returned, nor are we able to send the item(s) back to you, so please look closely at the dispatch date before returning your order.
Sale items or products purchased under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost
To return an item
Please complete the enclosed returns note, and include it with the returned item(s) within 14 days of the dispatch date. In order to process your refund as quickly as possible, it is important that you write your name and order number on the returns note. For all UK customers only, we have enclosed a freepost address label for your use when sending item(s) back to us, but please note that annascholz Ltd does not offer pre-paid postal returns during our sale or special promotion periods.
Please also note that returned items are your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. Goods are not insured for their value by annascholz Ltd whilst in transit to us.
We recommend that you use a delivery service most appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning. If you wish your returned item(s) to be insured, you must arrange and pay for this yourself when sending the item(s) back via a courier service or the post office. We strongly recommend that you obtain and keep safe a proof of posting.
Items purchased outside of the sale period at full price can be returned free of charge by using the Royal Mail Free Post sticker included with your invoice.All Items purchased during the sale period or under special promotions that involve a reduction in price will not be eligible for free returns. The cost of returning items purchased in the sale or under a special promotion that involves a price reduction will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Please also note that returned items are your responsibility and are not insured for their value by Anna Scholz Ltd. If you wish your returned items to be insured you must arrange and pay for this when sending the items back to your courier or the Post Office.
As long as the returns label provided is used then this return is completely free of charge within the mainland United Kingdom. Free returns do not apply to any items during the sale period or items purchased under special promotions that involve a price reduction.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that we will process your refund within 10 working days but it may take up to 28 days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless it is a faulty or an incorrect item.
You can return unwanted items via your local postal service. Please note our free return service does not apply for international orders.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Repackage the product into the original packaging.
2. Complete the return label enclosed in your parcel, indicating your reason for the return and enclose with your parcel.
3. Take the parcel to your local postal service or use a delivery service most appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning. If you wish your returned item(s) to be insured, you must arrange and pay for this yourself when sending the item(s) back via a courier service or the post office. We strongly recommend that you obtain and keep safe a proof of posting.
If a Product is faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Services team to obtain a returns authorisation before returning faulty or damaged goods. We will refund the original delivery charge* and the cost of returning the goods via your local postal service up to a maximum of £12.50 per kg.
Please note that if you wish to exchange an item , the return shipping costs of the returned item back to you will be an additional charge and must be paid before the item can be shipped back to you. Additional customs and duty charges at the port of re entry may be charged by your local customs office.
*We will only refund the delivery charge if the complete order is faulty or damaged otherwise we will make a pro-rata payment.
Refunds for returns of items that Anna Scholz Ltd accepts are faulty or incorrect items will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs [ either the cost to send the items to you or the cost of return ] we are unable to refund any duty paid on the items returned to us that are either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise and it is your responsibility to pay any duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase. When returning items it is very important that you mark ' RETURNS ' on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do say may mean that the items are delayed in customs [ meaning that your refund will be delayed ] or that there will be an unnecessary duty charge that you will have to pay.
