The perfect plus size BRA
A great outfit starts with a great foundation.
I love breasts. They are so womanly and curvy and sensuous.
But I love them even more when they are in the right place.
Which means wearing a well fitting supportive plus size bra and not one of those small ill-fitting numbers where you create a double overspill,
or a loose back which rides up your back and does nothing for noboobie.
Thankfully there is now a great number of plus size bra options available compared to when I was growing up, but it is still not easy to find a great fit.
For your information:
I wear a 38E. I personally prefer slightly padded bras as my nipples poke through too much in non padded styles and I don’t like constant attention….but I like a nice amount of cleavage.
Personally I don’t understand the idea of a minimizer, why would we want to minimize anything, wear your breasts with love and pride and encase them in something pretty and lacy, no more washed out greyish granny bras with ultra-wide straps.
So here are my favourite four:
My favourite supportive pretty every day bra ( I have just bought my third one) is the
black floral lace underwired ‘Lily’ balcony bra from Debenhams
For Best Va-Va-Voom cleavage buy the
Gossard Superboost Lace Plunge Bra in a variety of colours ( the matching lacy panty also comes in XXL)
For those trickier dresses don’t despair:
The ultimate strapless bra which I can wear comfortably all day:
Wonderbra’s Ultimate strapless bra – even allows you to dance without spillage and I can wear this all day without painful digging
The best Sportsbra: for the ultimate support and no wiggle!
Panache Sports moulded underwired bra in a variety of prints and colours.
Great Tip: buy a bra extender if they don’t have your backsize! Amazon sell them in all colours.
What made me giggle is the lilo Bravissimo has developed a lilo for girls with extra large boobs
You can check it out here
https://www.bravissimo.com/lilo/
And don’t forget that you can recycle and donate your old bras at bra banks to help breast cancer research and small businesses in Africa

Give me a cheers if this was useful and let me know your favourites I can try out.

Anna
